MARCH BUY LIST

Hai Everyone,

I'm going to share what I brought on this march month. 

• two individual company stocks,
• 2 ETFs, 
• and a royalty company for the spare money left.

1st one - 30 shares of scotia bank for 65$, so will get a dividend on April 26th, April 3rd is their Ex-div Date.

10 shares of NTR for 97.51 also getting dividends on April 13.

And the 1st ETF is HMAX - 38 of them for 14.46. Pay dividends monthly.

ZWK from BMO a covered call US banks ETF  @17.61 totaled 55 shares which also pay a monthly dividend.

and the Royalty corp called DIV 3 of them @ 2.94 dollars. this is my favorite one I keep on buying it for the spare money leftovers.

UNITI GROUP

 It's not a recommendation. I just came across this stock called Uniti Group which is acquiring, constructing fiber optic, and broadband networks and engaged in REIT as well, its market cap is 856M, and a dividend yield of 16.37%.

 Recently on March 9th, the CEO brought two hundred 25 thousand stocks

 Worth nearly a million dollars. 

All the reports recommending to sell this stock. 

The dividend is paid on a quarterly basis.

As of march 21st, the stock trades at 3 dollars 70 cents. The FFO payout ratio is 61%. 

please tell me in the comment whether it is worth a buy or not?
